Returns & Exchanges

At Vincero Collective, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original presentation box and outer mailing carton, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
